What happens after I write to you?
We reply by email with a few questions about your trade, your service area and what you already have online. Then you receive a proposal with scope, price and payment terms. Nothing starts before you approve it.
Does a plan secure a position in AI answers?
No. Answers vary with the question, the location and the provider. You hire the deliverables described in the plan: profile, placement, content and fixes to your channels.
What is the difference between a measurement and a sponsored placement?
A measurement records the businesses mentioned in the AI answers we collected. A sponsored placement presents your business in a space labeled as advertising. Hiring a plan does not change the records or the order of a measurement.
How do payment and cancellation work?
Presence and Positioning are billed monthly in US dollars and can be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. Setup is paid once. If you change your mind within 7 days of a payment, we refund it. You receive an invoice for every payment.
