Privacy notice

Version 1. Last updated: November 2, 2026. This notice covers the English pages of agentsexplore.com. The Portuguese pages, the business sign-up, the account and the plans sold in Brazil are covered by the Política de privacidade (in Portuguese).

1. Who we are

Agents Explore is operated by NexAi Automação Digital Ltda. (“NexAi”), a company based in São Paulo, Brazil, Brazilian tax ID (CNPJ) 61.460.142/0001-26. NexAi decides what is processed and why. Data protection contact: Paulo Costa Neto, privacidade@agentsexplore.com.

2. What we collect when you visit

Access logs. Like any website, our servers and our content delivery provider record your IP address, browser, pages requested and the date and time. We use them to keep the site running, to protect it against attacks and bots, and to measure audience in aggregate. They are kept for a limited period and then deleted.

Audience measurement. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, in aggregate: pages viewed, approximate region, device type and which buttons are clicked. Measurement is on by default on the English pages and you can turn it off at any time in the cookie notice; your choice is stored in the cookie ae_consentimento for 180 days. We configure Google Analytics not to receive identifiers from links (such as access tokens) and we do not send your name or email to it. Google processes this data on our behalf under its terms; see Google’s privacy policy for how it handles data.

Language choice. If you switch languages, the cookie ae_mercado remembers your choice for one year so the home page opens in the language you picked.

3. When you write to us

If you email us, we keep your name, email address, business name and what you wrote, to reply, prepare a proposal and follow up on the conversation. We keep this correspondence while the conversation or the business relationship lasts and for the period the law requires afterwards.

4. What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not run advertising networks or remarketing on this site.
• We do not publish phone numbers or addresses of businesses mentioned in AI answers on our research pages.

5. Where data is processed

Data is processed in Brazil and by infrastructure, email and analytics providers that may process it in the United States or the European Union. We choose providers that offer contractual safeguards for international transfers.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent, under laws such as the Brazilian LGPD, the EU and UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act. To exercise any of them, write to privacidade@agentsexplore.com. We reply within the period the applicable law sets, and we may ask you to confirm your identity first. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority of your country.

7. Changes

When this notice changes, we update the version and the date at the top. Material changes are announced on this page.
